Do you have a lesson learned or roadblocks have you encountered with Fannie/Freddie refinancing? 

All that means is you've encountered many with the opportunity to learn how to learn...and didn't.  

If you do take ownership and buy it, you will encounter a few problems.

Remington is legit the best out-of-state-investor-friendly agent I’ve ever encountered.

This is your likely worst case given the series of catastrophes we have encountered in 2020.   

Never encountered anything like this before so this should be a good learning experience.

The stronger your network the stronger your value.Don't forget reputation is everything, having strong comps that support your research on the subject properties you come across will be vital in bringing value to those you encounter.

I sometimes encounter properties that I would be interested in that only allow viewings with an accepted offer.

Also, it's harder to market the units because the rent price is higher due to gas being included (a lot of times people just see the sticker price and don't read further). 

Either way, if I look at a roof I have no idea if what I'm looking at is good or bad, I just would take the sellers word for it, which could be done over the phone and not with me driving 4 hours to go see it.Has anyone encountered a similar situation?
