@Patrick M Nichols And as I've clearly explained before, I have not only run this by a real estate attorney with 26 years of experience, I have also discussed it with members of the Massachusetts Board of Registration for Real Estate Brokers and Salespersons.Their unanimous opinions as well as a reading of the plain text of the law state that in order to represent a property that you don't already own is a license-required activity in Massachusetts.Whether you want to deny that or not is up to you.

@Will MorrisYeah, I tried with SoFi and they denied me after talking to them and they said I could use it for a down payment and then when it was getting reviewed, it got denied.
