Natural gas , better efficency and higher recovery rate

So I have been thinking recently about the market recovery we have been seeing over the last few years.

Once some sort of meaningful economic recovery happens in the developing world, they will rise further.The Saudis have not cut their production, for basically the first time ever when faced with sharply lower demand, because they are using oil as an economic weapon against Iran (and maybe Russia, at our behest).  

The labor market has been  recovering and the feds expect national economic recovery to continue amidst a global economic slowdown. 

He has reserves to where we can aim for a Bank Statement Loan, but we are wanting to see if there is anything else out there for Professional Athletes, specifically in the NFL that could help him purchase his first home.I would appreciate ANY and EVERY piece of advice I can get.

I think the moral to the story is to "buy it right", because there are financial risks in addition to your rehab risks.I've personally written off my taxes as a loss in my head, because I don't think the title company will pay, but I'm working to pursue any kind of recovery.

I think you do as well - I.e. money, time, etc.As someone that has been involved in the athletics industry, I see a very similar comparison.

Most believe that the recovery will take at least a couple more years on the commercial side.

Prepayment is a risk, but less of a risk when purchasing at a discount since your return will be a mix of interest and principal recovery opposed to just interest.
