It takes 20 extra minutes of work for your LO, and we all know this can be done, so if you're speaking with someone that says it "can't" be done, hang up and call someone else - 20 minutes shouldn't be too big of an ask.

Once all of our mortgage slots are filled up, I might consider buying on a lease option, but we haven't had the opportunity, nor have I actively pursued L/O on the buy side.
