:) Haha, in all seriousness, I am a newbie investor, and I would highly recommend reading "The Ultimate Beginners Guide" ( https://www.biggerpockets.com/real-estate-investin... ) and a couple books that are great that I just read are Rich Dad/Poor Dad, and "The Book on Rental Property Investing" (written by Brandon Turner).
