I really want to retire early and since the Mortgage is the biggest hit to my monthly income, not to mention the interest expense, I was thinking that should be my first plan of attack.

If you really have no other debt to attack than your primary I guess all this could be worth it. 

I'd suggest doing a bit of research on other strategies right now and get a real clear idea of what you want to attack and how.

I know there’s ways around this by using “OPM” as in loans, partnerships, etc. but I just haven’t done enough research into it to feel comfortable attacking a plan.

The value of your company, it's income and every pencil in the drawer held by that entity are assets that can be attacked to pay any judgment.

I marked I didn't receive it but the post office acts like they could care less and landlord is going Monday to get an eviction notice and my wife is having surgery on Monday so I'm really sweating all this if I don't have a heart attack or nervous breakdown it will be a miracle
