I'm not in any way saying I think real estate returns will be superior to (or for that matter, inferior to) equity returns going forward.  

Superior quality homes are measured against other superior quality homes and that would be important for the appraiser to know.  

For me Quickbooks is superior.

@Scott TrenchI'm not going to tell you how to vet a company like that since we are in the business of helping folks in this area but I do have couple comments for you:I don't see any mention of the self-directed 401k, which is more powerful and superior to SD IRA.

Think of that ratio between prices of superior & inferior properties like an exchange rate.

I live in the twin cities (Bloomington) but have two rentals in Superior and one in Duluth. 

I believe the trust's long-term results from this policy will be superior to those attained by most investors — whether pension funds, institutions or individuals — who employ high-fee managers.

Limited leverage + buying debt in 2023, I think may be superior.
