If you have no experience, buying a couple hours away is akin to buying somewhere that is a plane ride away.

A G 4 is a 20 million dollar plus plane that will cost you 25 k to 40k an hour to operate so never really saw him post after that.. he was somewhere north of ATL there is a big lake there and he talk about his lakefront home and other nice trappings of wealth..

@Michael Plaks  I do other aspects that put me in the business not to worry.. and I have been audited 3 times in the last 10 years and no issues.its funny what they pick.1. was for buying gozone houses in MS  passed that one in 30 minutes  2. and I think most of us airplane owners get audited .. how much was plane used for business etc.

I put everything on it, gas, groceries, daughter's tuition & books, plane flights, etc., as I find it a very easy way to keep records & budget.

All the SIP panels and metal roofing had to be replaced at a cost of approximately $45,000.2) To reduce moisture entering roof panels, use the spray foam the panel provider provides with the SIP package BUT ALSO use permanently flexible tape to cover any joints between panels.3) Make sure there is an adequate drainage plane behind the siding.

A simple squatter they will kick out, a planed and executed system as you proposed is an entirely different matter.

I used to fear a plane crash, but, after a few years flying, I now fear a medical emergency happening while I'm on a plane.  

I remember landing there in a sea plane when I was a kid.

I am building 3 story townhouse and am planing on painting the treads, but I am nervous about it.
