It's kind of harming us when we try to get new tenants as the CAM is so high.

That was a little different but I feel if you are living there and there is more income generated by the property it cannot do any harm.

I figure if it helps win a sale, what's the harm? 

it's just to easy to harm the personal relationships and I, personally, can't come up with a good reason to put those relationships at risk.

Or using bleach as well is harmful to the good bacteria that the system needs.

But It’s only harmful if aggravated by sanding it down or ingesting.

I don't see any harm in talking to lenders. 

@Chris Egan  Mold is everywhere and not all of it is harmful.
