My mortgage broker is the **** when it comes to VA loans and funky investor stuff. 

But I watched a video on youtube and looked around on loopnet to find some stuff not totally overpriced.  

Hello BP, Looking for a little advice.I purchased  a quad-plex approximately 8 months ago and everything seemed fine but then stuff started to fall apart.

Now I still have tonnes of stuff to learn after purchasing the property including building a team that I can depend on.

Each of my properties provides me $2,000,000 in liability damage, plus loss of use Income, and the usual coverage for typical stuff.

I just get budget stuff on sale at Home Depot .

Hi Frank, i don't know about all the other stuff mentioned before but i do know as real estate professionals it would be to all of our best interests to vote "yes" on amendment 2 in this up in coming vote.Best regards John c.

I don't see why they could just tell you have have a contract for this stuff. 

I haven't seen the house in about 2 years so it's not like I'm running down there dealing with stuff myself but ultimately I don't have it under true "property management"I owe about 29K on the mortgage and about 13K on a HELOC that I used to purchase another property a year and a half ago. 

I always worry about foundation issues (not clear how severe), rest of stuff you mentioned are just money.
