Want you elevator or door entrances closer to more units versus in a far corner.

There are also specific homes that have great layouts to convert existing living space into a separate dwelling with a private entrance. 

Many successful house hacks are done with large single family homes with separate areas (kitchens, living areas, laundry, entrances, etc).

I actually also have a third entrance (even though it is only a duplex) to the attic where there is also an additional bedroom, which is the bedroom I actually use all the time. 

Converted the large basement into a fully-functional apartment with a private entrance. 

It is your sole responsibility to clear snow and/or ice from the stairs, steps and deck leading to and from the entrance(s) of the Rental Unit, as well as other areas within your control.

Planning to install cameras in the lobby and other entrances, Not sure this will fix the issue but trying to see how other landlords are handling this kind of problem.

First will be a turn key with a garage already converted ADU with separate entrance, ~1700 sqft.
