I'd say a couple main things define this demographic...FHA financing and contemporary design...use houzz.com & pinterest for design ideas.

Business is business and when it comes to working overseas with ANY culture other than your own, you have to do the best you can and study their culture to find the middle ground and get business done.  

Subto not only fosters a giving culture but absolutely requires it.

Do not get me wrong, there is a STRONG case to be made to preserve the culture and not push out neighborhood natives with increasing taxes that accompany gentrification as the land values rapidly go up.
