What do stock investors do when there's blood on the street?

Of course when there is blood in the streets that is the best time to buy but it may still be too early.

Some guys see blood in the water and assume they're making money if someone else is losing which isn't always the truth...

I told him my agent would get him an offer the next day.Anyway, part of the discussion was that one of the tenants toddler daughter had been found to have lead in her blood. 

I have been tasked with assisting in several cases of elevated lead blood level findings, specifically dealing with the Ohio Dept of Health and handling abatement of the properties before they are hauled into court and condemned.

Also, you have to account for the rising costs in construction + increase in interest rates & couple that with the fact that each of the 3 Dollar stores have yet to adjust their rent threshold, which means the deals get thinner and thinner.

I learned a lot through blood, sweat, tears and sheer determination to overcome the obstacles and push through anything.If I Were Starting Today:  Here Is What I Would Do Differently:Some keys to success don't change, and you always have to stick to the fundamentals, However, if I were starting over today knowing what I know now, there are a lot of things I would do differently, here are some: I'd set up a spreadsheet that analyzed every foreclosure, expired listing and highly seasoned listing.  

Maybe someone can develop an app that provides bio-feedback and will send inbound callers with elevated blood pressure and/or heart rate to voicemail? 

when you're broke - how you gonna pay for marketing - (this is the blood to the business!!)
