Of course the adage is "if the numbers work" but what areas inside 1604 do you think with will grow the fastest or be the best to consider for flipping for homes under 400k ARV

San Antonio is an rich vibrant city full of affordable housing, tourist attractions (Alamo, riverwalk, sixflags, white water and more), military bases (Fort Sam Houston, Lackland Air Force Base, and Randolph Air Force Base) and surrounded by great suburbs (Stone Oak, Alamo Ranch, and the Dominion).San Antonio reclaimed its spot as the nation's fastest-growing city in 2023. 

Columbus is probably gonna be the way to go, with the city being one of the fastest growing cities in the U.S.

Look for areas with high need for rentals, growing numbers of people, and rising business activity.

I know which areas to avoid, which are solid and which are growing.
