I am a union Foreman painter in the city and have experience in all sides of construction.

If you are a painter there is a huge difference.

It's an easy job for the painters when you do 1 color and 1 sheen, white looks super clean, and white doesn't wear as badly as you'd expect in a short term rental (I had this exact paint job in 3 short term rentals from 2017 - 2020).

Hello all,Need a trusted home inspector and Looking for recommendations on painters, carpenter, and stager. 

Many years back i talked an investor client into trying this out on 1 property with tenants, and doing the "norm" on the other down the same street. 1yr later we showed up for annual inspections and at the 1 we used conditioning techniques, we showed up to find carpet crews on site, the tenants paid out of there own pocket to have new carpets installed and professional painters come in, all so they could retain their good tenant discounts.

I have a great painter and home inspector if anyone needs one.
