From what I've read online, it seems I have to disclose this but what would happen if I don't disclose this to buyers?

Hi @Suraj Thapa, I would recommend doing as much online research as you can to see what is currently on the market.

I use DealCheck for underwriting and QuickBooks online for everything else now.

Additionally, optimizing your online listings with high-quality photos, compelling descriptions, and virtual tours can boost interest.

I have stopped posting the front of the house for two reasons:a) Scammers can't pull it.b) Someone can't identify it online and know it's vacant.

I’ve seen off market deals that relied on online estimates and missed the mark by half a mil. 

Since we purchased it, we brought power back to the property currently set up as 2 RV hookups and additional outlets on a backer board (for a total of 200-amp service), had an RV pad and driveway put in, and had the developed year-round spring well brought back online - there will be a pump house built near the backer board this Spring (1st photo).

Use online resources, public records, satellite imagery, and neighborhood data to assess the property's potential.
