I've personally benefits from this and now originate $8M+ loans from the same loan officers who gave me my first $100K loans 10 years ago. 

The home is in a C- to B neighborhood, depending on the person.

Because the grid is getting feed via solar, a person in many markets can get solar power, the question is via a privatized system or via the utility provider. 

It sounds like a more personal decision based on your goals.

Personally, I think they are wrong.

1. coaching- all of the "coaches" were newbies themselves with about 1 year of experience and about 1 deal under their belts and they always disappear after 2-3 months and get replaced with new "coaches".2. networking- they have a FB group, populated primarily by other newbies. go there to answer questions, and it's likely you'll get other newbies saying "good question". there are lots of newbies hoping to get into a deal, but who wants to put together a team where every single person is brand new with no experience?

With so many banks to choose from and me already doing thorough research, I was hoping someone had a personal good experience with a certain bank or an individual at a bank who understands our world.

Personally I have not had much luck with seller financing when there are agents involved - most don’t understand it and think it just makes the deal more complicated.Did you check with your bank to see if they will mind you having a second loan on the property?

I’m not able to personally qualify for cash out refinances.I'm looking to sell my home located in Southwest Florida in a HOA community but want to remain in the home to lease- 3 years or more.Does anyone have experience with this type of program or have any suggestions for me on where to look to get this done.
