A diverse manufacturing and retail base, and for tourism we're 45 minutes away from Branson, MO (the Nashville of the Ozarks). 

The county and central part of the state are booming, with many folks inbound for jobs, climate, etc.

Some may provide lead generation or get more walk ins or inbound calls but you'll still be working to get your own book of business, so at this stage of the game I'd prioritize the training and reputation of the firm.

The question then becomes, in an area that is highly dependent on service workers for a successful tourism trade, etc., where are those workers supposed to live, and how far can they reasonably be expected to drive and pay for transportation while still being able to have enough for their living expenses? 

We went from a 30% eviction rate with 35 homes I owned to less then 2% eviction rate with over 450 homes we manage now. 90% of that is due to being very strict and selective on the inbound side.Now I know none of this helps you right now.

. $140m in improvements to the speedway and surrounding infrastructure, $100m+ in RE projects both permanent (condos) and tourism (hotels) already committed with broken ground, BUT - unlimited expansion westward.

Just depends.I was able to get a zoning variance to put a small campground on a property once, in WA, because the county wanted to increase tourism and needed more camping spots.  

Tourism is important to my entire community.

Hawaii is dependent upon tourism. 

Especially in areas where tourism will dissipate with required social distancing until the vaccine.
