I'm assuming there's lots of stuff out there that's way cheaper.I originally wanted to just buy a couple lists of 10k numbers each of targeted motivated sellers, and then hand them off to a VA company that will dial them, but I was told it'll be a much better business if I get proficient myself and then hire my own VA's and train them.

Video is even better, if professionally done.Most of our travelers that are coming from any distance are happy enough for great pictures and good customer service to rent.

In the June 2024 update, I said “All indications are that it will get worse before it will get better”, and this has proven to be true.

Better to walk away from a deal that could cost you big.  

Then you can start expanding into bigger, better things.

So I guess its just needle in a  haystack these days and frankly at least for us there is better use of our time. 

Are vacant properties in Texas a better investment compared to other property types, considering factors like acquisition costs, demand, potential appreciation, and holding expenses?

Or better yet, air which is just silence.I think once people realize it's not the work you do when others are looking, but the work you do when alone without needing others to know or validate you they'll go a lot, lot farther.

This also leads owners to ASSUME simpler is better when it comes to management contracts.
