ARV would be a cake walk?

I have a 3bed 2 bath house in Anaheim near Disneyland.  

Wondering what others thoughts are on finding SFR or multiplexes in fullerton or anaheim.

I just had my 70th birthday party about 4 week ago and my wife bought a $10 cake.

That being said, if you decide to invest in training, check the outfit out carefully and make sure that you will receive is essentially a recipe for "baking a successful cake" not just a detailed description of it.

But this should be considered icing on the cake -- and you shouldn't be baking that into your numbers. 

For properties that aren't unique or true vacation properties, the market has become oversaturated by people trying to have their cake and eat it too.

For example, we've had a few mixers at The Wine Lab in Newport Beach and, last week, they had a "Beer and Brats" mixer in Anaheim (I couldn't make that one, darn it).There's also the Investor Workshops that meet up in Orange.

But if I can have my cake and eat it too, I'd love to have an appreciating asset as well..lol.
