Thankfully, I found BP since then, and my world has been transformed.  

What I do hear from clients and investors frequently is that they purchased XYZ Program, usually under the pretense that it will be life-changing, transformative information (or because it is branded with the name of a successful investor) and found themselves feeling "buyer's remorse."

But as you transform your life into what you envision for yourself, I think you do need to begin to populate it with the people who help you become your best self. 

I love to take something that is boring or dated and transform it into something new and exciting. 

And if you are running electric from a pole, it needs to have a transformer on it (add ~9k for a transformer).

It has completely transformed my outlook and my life!

Investing in the South Mountain area would be great for your strategy as it is in your price point and the area has been transforming for the last few years.

So step 1 is correcting your language, to correct your programing, to correct your vision, which will expand your knowledge, which will expand your capabilities, which than transforms your life.

Is somebody on here adding up how many engineers invest in real estate and doing a statistical analysis on it, maybe with mean, average, median, standard deviations, a few transformations and differential equations and coming up with an answer on what percentage of RE Investors are engineers???!!!
