Can someone provide your thoughts on the following questions, please? 

Why would I put myself through the trouble of posting all these different journal entries to move dozens of transactions from Inventory to COGS just to follow proper accounting that no one will see?

I wish I had started sooner, but my advice is make sure you are happy (or strive to be) on a daily basis by following and nurturing your passion (specially if it is not related to real state!)
