I've noticed many investors initially write their contracts under an LLC, only to later amend the contract to their personal name to secure better financing options.

I also know that the owner had many upgrades which were nice, but the average person wasn't going to pay for them.

It’s a nice place and I hope to rent it out weekly from time to time to help cover the mortgage ($1,850/mo w/ taxes, etc.)I just found out from a personal conversation with the owner that a Lake House down the road will be going for sale and I was given the option to buy it off market.

My full-time gig is to invest in income-producing websites (digital real estate) and I'm working backwards to first increase the authority of my website to then eventually rank organically in Google.Given my experience building sites, I personally don't think SEO is as complicated as any agency makes it out to be.

My personal favorite (and where I currently live) is Belmont, NC, a charming town about 25 minutes from Uptown with excellent restaurants, bars, breweries, and community events.

You are prohibited from using the property personally; it must be a rental.
