You mentioned that you did your due diligence and that the people behind the project are legit.

I did what I suggest worried people do.

When my contractor went without me they kept him waiting over 2 hours then told him something completely inaccurate and they take no accountability for how they can literally destroy peoples lives and finances.

A lot of people travel with pets so charging an extra fee can make up for potential damage plus you expose your property to a broader market that can help with bookings.

But if there’s one thing I’ve learned over my 20 years in real estate.. especially working deals in markets as varied as Phoenix, Austin, and even San Antonio.. it’s that having the right people in your corner can turn a migraine into a mildly annoying headache.

This is what I would be doing and disclosing to the people looking to sue. 

The people that have success truly understand there will be challenges and keep moving forward when they happen.

There are only a hand-full of people who would even be willing to take on a job/responsibility like that.

Invest and give generouslyHe's not going to advise people to invest in real estate with leverage because his audience is full of people up to their eyeballs in credit card debt, student loans, car payments, etc.
