Unfortunately not all homes listed as VA REO have the option for financing through Vendee program (which is what happened in my case).To see if the home qualifies you just contact VRM and theyll tell you if it does or not.

@Tom Dean we have viable options in that price range in the Myrtle Beach market and around Conway (home of Coastal Carolina University).
