This is where you probably want to hire a lawyer; to create the operating agreement.The advantage I saw in an LLC was limiting or separating my liability to the rental business so that if I got sued, the company would go down and I personally wouldn't be as harmed from the potential fallout.The disadvantage of an LLC is that it becomes harder to get financing terms starting out.

So I think that when each "construction worker" in this new building industry I'm talking about is handling overseeing robots that are constructing an entire apartment building instead of laying block by hand, solvent-welding DWW pipe, or tiling a shower stall, I'm pretty sure the sort of workplace change you're talking about it going to be a moot point because it will be a done deal.Let me take this just one step further.
