@Bronson Massas To be honest, I haven’t heard the expression origination point until you mentioned it, I just googled it and learned and contacted my lender to find out, they haven’t got back to me yet.

If you’re super grateful to your mentor then expressing kind words would be my recommendation.

Please comment if you have done deals with them or have any experience with them. I can do some digging on them, but I thought I would ask here first.

I wanted the units delivered vacant and the realtor expressed to me that the seller would only be able to do that if I came up with Cash for keys incentive money.

Its not what you sell a property for its what you buy it for. not sure who said this but I learned this expression on these forums.

I personally used Real Estate Express and prepagent.com.

Given the concern you've expressed, I'd check at the county website to make certain they haven't illegally transferred title.
