There can be board ups sprinkled among cute well-kept bungalows or gorgeous 3-story homes.

I went and looked at a cute little house 3 bed 1 bath 1004 sqft house with a 1 car attached garage.

And there's a cute park near Olympic that right near the water.

From what I'm seeing (albeit 1,100 miles away) is that properties that are priced well and look "cute" are flying off of the market. 

I currently work in healthcare and obtaining a degree in graphic design (art has always bee my first love.)
