Paint, carpet/flooring and lights.  

They were good tenants for the most part and cleaned the house pretty well but there are some things. 

You definitely want to vent because the yellowing is not avoidable and cleaning it off is no fun!

Do a sample calculation (with taxes, some amount of vacancy, cleaning, furniture, etc) and determine what nightly/monthly rate you would need to make a profit.
