As I am preparing to close on this 3rd property, I want to work on assembling a strong team of vendors from a strong handyman to a reputable GC and everything in between.The first 2 projects were done with me as the primary source of labor but 2 shoulder surgeries in the last 5 months has taken hammer out of my hands.

I am in the process of assembling a team, and am wondering if anybody knows or has worked with a buyer's agent (or is such an agent) who specializes in working with investors in my area.

It is all about purchasing, keeping up, and holding for whatever length of time that possible to assemble riches with regards to land.

It also has an internal communication feature although I've not used that aspect:I have used its as a story board to assemble processes and then communicate those processes with context through images of materials and drawings with text box descriptions with arrows and pointers designating useful areas within the story.Conceptboard is relatively easy to learn and once learned offers a superior platform to communicate ideas, concepts, samples, designs, business plans, etc.Personally, I use slack.com to communicate with team members for business only communication.

I also worked for a developer assembling land for big commercial projects.

If you can land assemble a few, in a couple of years, with a lot big enough and zoned properly for a MF developer, you can sell with a higher a better use.
