We know this because prospective tenants tell us so.We snagged 2 potential applicants with simple web searches in the past month; one that was running a PB Rescue from their rental and another that is breeding PBs from their rental, this guy even offered up his breeding service as his primary source of income.Due diligence is time consuming process that requires the nose of a 'blood hound'.Rick Bassett

They brought him to the hospital because of his injury (tasered) and his high blood pressure.Today, the constable office called me and told me that he run away from the hospital and we need to be extra cautious to enter the property.Can the police actually chase him and arrest him?

Yup I would say the vast majority of owners who have large portfolios in the city they live and work in.. will create their own in house team.. in some markets were your managing D class its basically mandatory.. other wise you will bleed from a thousand cuts.Oceans of blood...

  :)there are turn key operators in Japan.. you can buy rentals there for 30 to 50k that meet the 1% rule or more.. they will live there a life time and you have next to zero issues with those tenants compared to the US tenant base.. they are respectful of authority.. just look at pictures of fukishima and NO looting no rioting. all lined up nicely to get water.. then look at pictures of New Orleans during Katrina.. it was a free for all blood bath on many levels..
