oh one other thing the emails are automatic as Im not invloved so while the prospective tenant is at their computer looking at possible rentals they get the emails immediately the entire process takes less than 5 min to have a showing scheduled.

However, the mls does automatically put the listing as "back on market" after 10 days unless the listing agent re-saves the listing as "on hold", which it seems she has done a few times now.I will definitely keep you posted.

You're basically asking an agent (who might be very busy) to do a lot of work for you and possible never see a cent if none of the deals work out.Sending you listings from a neighborhood is not that big of a deal as that can be set up to be emailed to you automatically.

i have purchased five tax property and every one of them i had to quiet the title to get a title poicy on them ,there all sorts of stuff that can effect the title ,mortgage company,s,l/c holders even the person that lost the property still has to be takin off the title,if the state takes the property for back taxes doesnt automaticly clear the title.
