Im wondering how the REI world looks upon younger adults when it comes to starting out.

Current renters run a group home for mentally challenged adults and pay $2,300 which is below market for the area and have expressed concern about having to move if the house is sold.I'm looking two or three options:1.

Get the property under contract with the heirs, which would most likely be the adult children of the deceased.
