The company sent over two techs and they moved our clothes out of one closet and we had two "guest rooms", city probably knew what was going on but they didn't make a fuss.

My friend and partner did this for several years.It has it's pros and cons.ConsA lot of the same issues as a regular roommate.Dirty dishes, clothes, not wanting to clean the house.Pro, the rental agreement is a little more loose.
