So far, I've been saying "ah man I don't know how I can pay that much for this property"  or some variation.

I've been told that same thing (different variations of course) by several people.

In my uneducated opinion it seems like there are a hundred different ibuy.... domain variations in every market and they seem a little "spammy" to me. 

It is good to send a variation of mailers to your prospect because you will tap into different demographics.

My brother and I have used a variation of his script with some success.

The variation IM familiar with is " Live where you want to live, invest where it makes senses."
