Also, my future in-laws will be retiring to Ensenada Mexico soon and we need to be close to family when we have kids.

Mexico lost 300k acre feet, AZ lost 80k but are on deck for another 100k, Nevada lost 20k with another 4k on deck when California loses its first 200k.

Now that we've finally finished our casita in North Baja Mexico we're considering expanding our portfolio somewhere warmer in the coming months or years.. 

Florida is being hit more and more and it eventually might hit SC and NC if it hasn't already but the further you get from the Caribbean Sea and the Gulf of Mexico, the lesser the risk.
