I am fishing and want to make sure I am not offensive nor bothersome, though I know regardless I will rub someone wrong...oh well.  

I'd rather start as a small fish in a small pond than a small fish in a big pond that I'm not familiar with. 

I have never filled out a job application and the only job I have ever done that isn't fishing is a three year stint co operating my fathers wholesale lobster business(4-6 employees, 10 million in annual sales, what a headache).  

I am fishing for ideas here, but is there any work-arounds that anyone has seen where an investor can get the property without actually taking residence but also not getting into trouble?

I have a few ideas to apply to this and they are as follows: Tent camping and or hunting and possibly fishing, events like small festivals and concerts, photography shoots and  boat and or camper storage. . 

My passions are traveling, camping and fishing.

Inventory is very low though, so it's not like quite like shooting fish in a barrel (like it was a few years ago). 

All the people were wearing HAZMAT suits and the fish had an unusual green glow that was spectacular at night!
