I have done some research and its yielded results in cities like Oklahoma (Tulsa), Tennessee (Chatanooga or Knoxville), Georgia (outside of Atlanta, Athens, Savannah, Macon, Augusta, Blue Ridge), Indiana (Indianapolis), North Carolina (Charlotte, Raleigh, Durham), Missouri (St louis), Ohio (Youngstown, Toledo, Columbus), Kansas (Wichita), etc. 

So much so that more than half of them have purchased a second property between 6 months to a year of working with me.If for some reason I chose to invest in a state other than NC or SC, I’d be looking in Jacksonville, FL or Augusta, GA.

I've searched the web extensively and find that there are title companies in Atlanta that do this but I'm in the Augusta area (3 hours away) so I feel that's probably not a feasible or economical solution.

I'm looking to find my first rental property in Augusta Ga.

We should close end of August as well.

I would put some in passive syndications with responsible sponsors that I trust, I would invest some in the stock market, precious metals and bitcoin.

I truly love what I do, but over the last couple years have come to the realization that time is my most precious and finite asset and I'm tired of trading it for money.I've always had an interest in real estate, but it wasn't until the last several months that I really dove into learning more about investing in real estate and using it as a means to build passive income, and eventually become financially independent.

I know people who have gold or other precious metals.
