The site gets about 2400 visitors / month and I’m getting between 15-30 emails / month from people interested in buying land, relocating, renting apts, getting help with residency visas etc.

2 I can track where my visitors came from either by giving the mailings a specific website i.e. housebuyers.com/sellnow or, even better, by having them enter a "code", similar to what you see in commercials for draftkings 

But had a visitor to my farm tripped and fallen over or gotten bit by one of my animals, they would have been suiting my farm entity which only had about $1,000 in the checkbook at any given point as the dollars were transferred out to my holding company regularly - not that there was much money in livestock farming.  

As an Agent, you would have access to several different themes and plug ins at Wordpress that would allow visitors to your site to search local listings.

Also throwing this in the discussion for any visitors who are looking for creative solutions-- Jim, if you get the note reperforming, you could hypothecate it by using it to collateralize a loan or just sell off a partial of the modified loan for a return of capital.

I think we are seeing a general move to quality in STR across the Poconos and headed toward a position where 20% of the properties will generate 80% of the bookings revenue.The Pocono Mountains Visitors Bureau posts a dashboard of travel statistics that you might find interesting.  

I don't even rent to people that are here on a visitor visa, student visa, temporary work visa, etc.

If you see a complex that has "racquet" in its name...run...as those fees will be in the $400 range due to the added amenities.I have helped many Canadian winter visitors search for houses and condos, which are almost always booked for the Jan-March high season at least 8 months in advance.

The only pro to launching a STR in SB county that comes to mind is that currently, I think we're reasonably safe from STRs being banned completely here, due to the fact that there aren't really enough hotels here to accommodate the 3 million annual visitors that come to the JT National Park.
