You don’t know what Captain Wishy Washy is dealing with, but I would remain fluid as long as you have your bases covered.

I think it's mostly because those you mentioned are service providers, and while difficult to land a perfect one every time, their ultimate goal is to work with you as one of many clients.With an employee hire they're committing to only you and vice versa.

So a sponsor that's great for one investor is probably going to be lousy for another and vice versa.

But if you had 2 separate HVACs, the problem would be solved.Also smells, when they cook, I smell it, and vice versa.
