If the rent is outside their range then they shouldn't be looking at units asking for rent outside what they're willing to pay.I've sugar coated my response to them when face to face but by then I've already decided that I wouldn't move forward with them even if they wanted to.  

Remove all carpeting and I figure a couple coats of Kilz paint to seal the walls up, but what seems to have worked well for you all?

I know cause my mind works in a similar fashion.I'm a major skeptic and analytical but if something is 25% promotion by nature and 75% inspiring that's pretty typical and something I'm thankful for when it comes from a genuine heart ❤️What you're missing is that the 75% that's inspiring is often sugar coated BS, and what you think you've come to know from these advertisements disguised as editorials may not be true.

Asbestos shingles are a non issue unless you are grinding on them or removing them , a fresh coat of paint and they look good . 

A few coats of paint on the inside of the home and the services of a disaster clean up company, you can't even tell anything ever happened there.

This was a brand new, titanium coated pot.  

Typically, it's necessary to sell for a lot more in order to achieve respectable IRR...The further we go into this, the thicker the forset becomes.  

One coat, no cutting in or prepping needed.You can't tell.But I did learn the hard way that it doesn't work with smokers.  

Update - the first coat of solar white goo is on the roof, and I can place my bare hand on it at 230pm.
