this reminds of the guru who charges 10k to bring them deals.. its called the deal finder or something like that.. then they set the bar so high deals are rarely funded unless they are screaming deals. which most newbies simply cant find unless they luck into one..

The further North that you get, the higher the prices.I will say that if you are looking for a property and come across a screaming deal, use caution.

That would be a screaming deal in almost anyone's book.

Another concern, screaming red flag for me is the non recourse aspect. 

They live with windows open and no curtains - toddler is allowed to scream and sing song at mind boggling volume.

The message said there were 50 cops outside the apartments with shotguns and military vehicles and they were screaming at everyone. 

Its the reason I  stopped doing this in 08 all together not worth the risk reward... you get a wonky seller that starts screaming at the top of their lungs and you have just created a nice Cluster @#% for yourself.

However, there are areas of the DFW Metroplex that a screaming to be flipped.
