It's easy to get it rented because that's what they looking for....a house with lots of parking space 👍. realtor.ca have good options

I have been renting out mid-term for a long time but I'm wondering if everyone has the same problems I do with the current options. 

I’ve been looking into coastal options and was initially considering Florida, but the taxes have been concerns.

Most of mine seem to like the text option.

Both options have their own challenges.   

I think a DST might afford more investment options and flexibility. 

Another option is renting to professionals or students who need a place for a few months.
