Today I received a call from a tenant that bees have invaded and have made a nest in the soffit by the front door. 

Now for the million dollar question: Do I buy it with cash, putting all my nest eggs in one big basket and risk that it might depreciate but skip dealing with the local bank that thinks investing in a mobile home park is a bad idea anyway?

I busted *** for a lot of years and did without lots of the niceties in order to save a good nest egg.

Yes a solo 401k plan can invest in tax liens and many investors do to grow their nest eggs.

The big names like Ring and Nest seem to be only set up for single family homes.
