Are you just here to do the SEO bidding of your clients?

We are website and SEO novices that are new to the game.  

I have a lead gen website, and an SEO guy, I only pay about 1000 per month on Google Adwords, I haven't seen a lot of Success from it, I think we have done 1 deal from it in like 5 months.I have a system with HUD HOMES an TARGET ThoseWe brown MLS listings and put in 20 offers per week there.This is what I do, but looking for more way to be more efficient and get my costs down with more leads.  

By doing this, we can come up with a website name that is good for SEO (search engine optimization).

I get that it's an SEO thing, but there aren't enough people posting to justify a subsection for Thornton, etc.2.

Spend some time on SEO to get localize searches to provide results.

You can do that, and get zero visitors from SEO.

I just know I'm going to spend a lot of time on SEO even though the site is a WIX site and would like to be sure I'm not running in the wrong direction.
