Personally I stick with M2M...... you have no idea who these people are....you didn't screen them and sellers tend to sugar coat how great the tenants are....you may want them gone soon and the M2M makes that WAY easier than a 12 month lease.

Clearly if the company comes across a property with mineral rights, they'll keep that for themselves along with absolutely every molecule of blood and oxygen possible.So after sitting at the Title company for an hour, I get the call from the loan guy.

The folks here on bp are contradicting what google describes arms lenth as any relationship 'blood or no blood'The bp guys are saying arms length is only 'blood relative' Am i missing something? 

Helping them wasn't appreciated in the end and now we have some bad blood between us as they are having to pay me for the damages. a crappy house means crappy tenants, even though I fixed this house up to livable safe condition I didn't put a lot of money into the repairs, aside from a new roof.
