I had one fake a heart attack, EMS was called out and took the Tenant to hospital.

I have unfortunately have had a tenant's dog attack another occupant's dog (expensive breed too). 

I could acquire cash reserves in relatively short order; we have used our income to attack debt and reduced our by quite a bit in the last several months with hopes of doing this so it could be redirected to getting cash reserves or whatever is needed in short order I believe.

What I am referring to as 'haters' are all the people who are attacking the OP for coming out ahead in this transaction 16k and almost seems they are also attacking wholesalers everywhere as ripping sellers off by getting a piece of the pie.
