There's a really strong investor community which tends to be a great way to spread the word about existing Airbnbs coming for sale. 

(Along the way, we hopefully educate the community as well.)

I am trying to understand if there is a business case in the community, or that is just me who worried about adversely affected revenues for my properties due to bad weather patterns.P.S. not advertising anything, just wrapping my head around and trying to gauge the interest

The desire to connect with others who share similar experiences is so important, and I commend you for seeking out that community.

Obviously it's market-dependent, but I'm curious about this community's wishlist.
