I’m a police officer in nyc and looking to get into BRRRRing to start a real estate portfolio for passive income.

Then in 2016 my wife and I bought a house in Des Moines WA, situated next to SeaTac Airport, Highline Community College, and the Police Academy.

I know for a fact that he’s not lying because it happened in the unit and I arrived to see the police and paramedics.It was a truly sad situation, and his reasons for leaving were completely valid.

As posted above, police will unfortunately not help if they determine this a civil matter (they appear to be tenants) rather than criminal matter (trespass).

What will happen if the police see us to put the sign on?

If you think there may be a health issue, doing a wellness check while escorted by a local police helps cover you against claims of theft. 

I read that with reasonable notice we could be escorted by police officers onto the property.

I looked online and they give the descendents name and PR but I'm having trouble finding the Real estate under Probate and many other details.

The pictures and video are all over the news of the garage filled with fireworks and the police confiscating them.We informed the property manager, and they said they would contact their legal team and get back to us.  

For example, every act of vandalism in my neighborhood would be reported to the police immediately, but in other parts of town buildings are tagged on a daily basis, and no one bothers to fill out a report.
