@Carson Vanderhoff I don't know where you live or are going to school, but you are only limited by what your mind is telling you.Speaking like your dad would, finish college, get a 9-5 job to start and focus on what kind of real estate you want to do. 

They just expect it to support their lifestyle once they stop working along with some tax deductions. 

What kind of assets are you targeting and what financing are you using? 

We use Digb, they also support us with tax filing. 

Stessa does an adequate job replacing Quickbooks for our modest portfolio.Any and all suggestions are appreciated as so little of the support market is focused on MTR. 

Does anyone know what kind of lender willing to offer financing with 10% down for this type of deal?
